The latest in a series of appreciation posts for the artists who have graciously agreed to appear in Una the Blade. Today it’s Chris Johnston. Chris and I worked together at a game studio in Calgary for a couple of years. Since I moved away Chris has been working at a small animation studio as a designer. His digital painting style has evolved into something totally unique. His sense of composition, form and colour are completely his own. Ever since he painted Una the Blade for fun a while ago, I’ve been hoping to write a story for him. That’s finally going to happen! I can’t wait to see it!
